The Girl Who Could Fly is a book by Victoria Forester. I think its for young teens... anyway, it's one of my favorite books on earth. It's about a girl who's name grew up in a family of regular farmers. The mother is afraid of being gossiped about and her father just lives on with life. Well, she's been a regular baby since birth. But just when most babies start to walk, she floats. So from that moment on she's been evolving. Floating to flying to soaring. When word gets out because she accidentally flies in public, the Government goes for her. They bring her to a top secret place called I.N.S.A.N.E. She meets kids with X-ray vision, incredible minds, super-strong muscles, color powers healing powers and lots more. Then, you should just take it from there. Im not going to give it away.
